As a GNSS Technical Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include ~Analyze client requirements for GNSS modules/chipsets (positioning accuracy, power consumption, form factor) and cloud-based data services (RTK, PPP, correction streams). ~Develop tailored solutions integrating hardware, firmware, and data services. ~Lead technical presentations/demos showcasing module performance and data service integration (e.g., Support on-site module testing (signal acquisition, power analysis, interference mitigation). ~Troubleshoot data service connectivity issues and propose enhancements. ~Monitor EU GNSS trends (Galileo/Egnos adoption, cybersecurity regulations) and competitor modules/services. ~Collaborate with R&D to prioritize module/data service features based on client feedback. Bachelor's/Master's in Geodesy, Geomatics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science. 2. 3+ years in GNSS technical support experience. GNSS module/chipset integration (u-blox, Quectel, etc.). Data services (RTK networks, PPP solutions, sensor fusion). Embedded systems (C/C++, Python). Fluency in English and German (C1+). Knowledge of wireless protocols (LTE-M, NB-IoT) for data transmission. Understanding of EU data compliance (GDPR, cybersecurity).
