Join FARO Technologies as a Technical Support Specialist 3rd level, located in Stuttgart area, Korntal‑Münchingen, Germany. This is a full‑time, fixed‑term contract until 31 May 2027.

FARO is an imaging company that provides digital 3D measurement technologies to industries such as aerospace, automotive, construction, and public safety. We help customers make better decisions faster and more accurately.

How you will make a difference @ FARO

• Provide on‑time 3rd level support with high quality and individual solutions.
• Offer technical support to internal and external customers, as listed in the knowledge database.
• Escalate complex or unknown problems to the 4th level support requiring direct interaction with customers on site.
• Thoroughly document customer inquiries in the CRM system.
• Closely cooperate with other support level teams and departments such as Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to ensure an excellent customer experience along the support chain.

This position requires

• University degree (engineering, BA) or comparable technical education.
• Strong service‑oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills to discuss technical issues and serve difficult customers.
• Fluency in English and German; any other European language is an advantage.
• Technical knowledge in scanning and point‑cloud management, digital reality, or architecture engineering and construction preferable.
