Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.What You´ll DoProviding support to users both online and offline for corporate hardware and software issues Performing initial diagnostics when hardware or software problems occurRestoring devices and systems to working order, except for complex or major repairsSetting up new computers (laptops and desktops) for users, whether on Windows or macOSInstalling and connecting office equipment like printers and scanners to the office computer networksChecking and , in some cases, configuring network equipment to ensure everything runs smoothlyHandling the transfer of faulty equipment for repairs and confirming it's back in working condition afterwardAssisting with the purchase of necessary equipment by helping to define requirements and accepting deliveriesManaging user accounts within our information systems. Setting up user access permissions for the company's IT resourcesKeeping an eye on equipment performance, network operation, and user activity to ensure everything runs smoothlyCreating user guides to help staff effectively use equipment and software Requirements What You'll NeedDegree in information technology or similar5+ years of experience in a technical role required with a wide range of responsibilitiesProficiency in Microsoft 365 and its installation and administration Configuration and use of virtualization of computing resourcesExperience in configuring and supporting engineering software (CAD, PLM, CFD, etc.)Knowledge and management of Microsoft Active directory (users, groups, etc.)Setting up network equipment including switches, firewallsOrganization of work with remote users (remote work and support tools, communication)Fluency in EnglishWho You AreYou are a natural problem solver who enjoys helping people and keeping systems in top shape.
