Tele Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Making telephone calls to identify and qualify key contact persons and decision-makers.
• Follow-up calls to leads generated through white papers and reader data.
• Researching and acquiring new customers while supporting existing ones.
• Handing over generated sales opportunities to our key account management team.
• Representing our company at trade fairs and events.

What do we expect from you?

• Successful completion of a commercial or technical apprenticeship, or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous professional experience in sales, ideally in the IT sector for products in the B2B environment.
• Enthusiasm for customer interaction, strong acquisition abilities, and confident negotiating skills.
• Business-fluent German and good English language skills.
• Swiss-German and/or French are an advantage.
