Territory Manager - Ontario & Maritime

Your responsibilities and tasks

• Manage and grow a network of dealers within the assigned territory (Ontario and Maritime)
• Train, support, and guide partners to maximize their performance and satisfaction
• Meet (or exceed) sales targets by promoting our products and services to dealers and end customers
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify growth opportunities
• Develop innovative sales strategies tailored to your territory
• Attend trade shows to enhance brand visibility
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
• Stay up to date with product knowledge to maintain a high level of expertise
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Product Management)
• Provide management with visit reports, activity updates, and sales forecasts

Your profile and qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge in dairy farming
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships and influence stakeholders
• Team spirit, excellent organizational skills, and autonomy in the field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with general computer tools and Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in English is required to collaborate with North American departments/teams and English-speaking managers
• Mobility: Frequent travel required (up to 60% of the time)
