This is a rare chance to step into a brand-new TikTok role at a fast-scaling challenger brand with big momentum across Europe. You’ll be the person who finds, wins, and grows creator partnerships, turning great content into a scalable engine for awareness, community, and commercial impact.

It’s not “just” community management. This is about creators, affiliates, partnerships, and performance, with huge room to shape how the channel and creator ecosystem evolves from day one.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and scale a creator/affiliate network on TikTok — from your first core creators to a wider ecosystem at volume.
• Own creator partnerships end-to-end: outreach, relationship-building, negotiations, onboarding, and long-term development .
• Shape what “great” looks like: help creators land the right hooks, formats, and concepts — keeping content native, on-trend, and effective.
• Work closely with internal teams (and a wider European TikTok hub) to align on priorities and keep things moving quickly.
• Use performance insights to double down on what works — spotting winners early and helping the programme scale smartly.
• Bring structure to growth: processes, tracking, and workflows that make managing lots of creators feel effortless.

You

• Fluent in German , and comfortable working in English .
• TikTok-native — you understand creator culture, trends, and what makes content perform.
• You’ve managed creators/influencers/partners/affiliates before (brand or agency) and you’re confident building relationships fast.
• Commercially-minded and analytical — you care about results as much as creativity.
• A self-starter who loves building from scratch and thrives with ownership.
