TPD HUB Engineer

Our client, a global FinTech / FX trading company, is seeking an experienced TPD HUB Engineer to join their technical operations team. Location: Remote (GMT +1 - GMT +8)Schedule: Night shifts — 17:00 – 05:00 GMT Key responsibilities:- Administration, configuration and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of liquidity Hubs: OZ, PrimeXM, Centroid, FXCubic etc.- Onboarding for the new clients.- Monitoring of client operations.- Routing of the profiles.- Risk profiles.- Setup and recovery.- Communication with clients and backoffice specialists.- Technical support for internal and external clients of the Company.- Night shifts. RequirementsMust-have:- Experience as a System Administrator and/or L2 support Engineer 2-3 years.- The full knowledge of Administration of all platforms:onboarding on FIX connectoronboarding of MT4/MT5 connectoronboarding of giveup (dropcopy) connector- Reconciliation of the coverage account against Margin account in Hub- Compensation case handling from A to Z- Emergency procedure handling:escalation processtroubleshootingquick reaction- FIX protocol knowledge and troubleshooting- Network issues troubleshooting:traceroutetelnet testsTCP/IP Nice to have:- Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, etc.)- Conformance testing handling including:Taker API conformance OZTaker API conformance PXMMaker API conformance OZMaker API conformance PXM- Knowledge of REST API/RabbitMQ:troubleshooting of issuesability to run small connectivity tests- Recommended knowledge of MySQL:Volume report generation from DBDifferent tasks with reconciliation- Ability to generate any types of reports:Volume reports from Hubs (ARMS / PXM/ Centroid UI)Custom reports creation Conditions- Reliability: official employment from the first day, bonuses, annual employeereview (salary review or bonus, feedback on work results)- Stability: our clients are in different countries, therefore we are ready for any changes in work of any country- Development: a lot of projects and products, which means increasingexpertise in working with different technologies, or even switching tocompletely new ones for you within the company- Active corporate life: we participate in thematic conferences and forums in our cool sphere of business, corporate parties in the best restaurants of the city with participation of stars, etc- Comfort: Offices are in different countries.
