Your responsibilities and tasks
- Analyze and define controlling processes and value flows
- Develop controlling concepts required for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA
- Capture local requirements and processes; conduct Fit-Gap analyses accordingly
- Design test strategies (UAT/SIT) and support Cut-Over activities (Go-Live preparation, data migration, hypercare support)
- Coordinate and execute key user tests, trainings, and hands‑on sessions with international subsidiaries
- Collaborate closely with local key users in the Controlling function
- Maintain regular alignment and integration with the central template team
- Act as an interface between Corporate Controlling, the central template team, and local business units during the rollout
- Contribute to the ongoing optimization and development of our global template solutions
- Independently plan and lead workshops
Your profile and qualifications
- University degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a comparable vocational qualification – we also welcome applicants from other fields who have relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, with hands‑on experience in ERP and S/4HANA implementations, including FIORI
- Solid understanding of Controlling‑related business processes
- Experience as an S/4 Finance Consultant and with international rollout projects is preferred
- Willingness to travel abroad for temporary assignments
- Ideally, deep understanding of organizational structures and processes in mechanical and plant engineering
- Resilience in a dynamic project environment paired with a proactive working style and strong communication skills
- Confident use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills
