We are partnering with a leading European tech company with a strong consumer presence to appoint a Vice President of Product to lead one of the organization’s most strategically important product areas — a central function driving user engagement and growth across multiple markets.

This is a senior leadership opportunity to define and execute the long-term product vision for a large-scale, high-impact digital business operating across Europe.

The Role

Lead and scale a multi-disciplinary organization spanning product management, UX, engineering, analytics, and commercial functions.
Shape and deliver the product strategy for key customer journeys — from onboarding and engagement through to personalization and conversion.
Partner closely with technology and business leaders to align on priorities, metrics, and long-term objectives.
Empower and mentor senior product leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
Champion data-driven and customer-focused decision-making to deliver meaningful improvements to user experience and business performance.

Your Background

Extensive experience leading product organizations in a digital or technology environment, ideally with European or global reach.
Proven track record in defining and executing product strategy across complex ecosystems.
Expertise in agile product management and scaling product teams effectively.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage.
