About the Role

In order to support the A320 Family Customer Line Hamburg, Airbus Operations is looking for a highly motivated graduate to join the Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program and support Master Production Scheduling (MPS) routines.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Review and improve the current Master Production Scheduling (MPS) governance of the A320 Family Customer Line Hamburg.
• Align adaptations with all involved stakeholders from production and supporting functions to secure proper execution.
• Create and maintain a robust agenda supported by a structure of KPIs to be reviewed regularly.
• Set up and manage an action report to support the execution of improvements.
• Prepare a transition into serial mode of the revised MPS governance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and promote integrity in all activities.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• First experience in project management.
• Data analytical skills, including creation of KPIs.
• Operational and planning knowledge.
• Open and objective‑driven mindset.
• Team orientated.
• Willingness to work with various stakeholders across hierarchical levels.
• Negotiation level English is necessary; advanced knowledge of German is an asset.
