At Renault Trucks Germany you will actively contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large.

As part of the country marketing team, you will play a key role in planning and executing marketing and communication activities – with a strong focus on event and project management, especially supporting our presence at IAA Transportation 2026, one of the largest industry events of the year.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the planning, organization, and execution of events, including major industry events (e.g., IAA), dealer events, roadshows, and customer activations
• Supporting the implementation of the Renault Trucks marketing and communication strategy to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence
• Coordinating projects with internal stakeholders (sales, product management, European headquarters) to ensure smooth execution and alignment
• Managing cooperation with agencies and external partners (event agencies, production partners, creative agencies, etc.)
• Supporting the creation and localization of retail materials (print and digital)
• Assisting in Partner & Customer Relationship Marketing (mailings, newsletters, CRM initiatives)
• Monitoring project timelines, preparing briefs, and ensuring deliverables meet brand and quality standards

Qualifications

• Interest in the commercial vehicle industry and emerging mobility concepts
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a comparable field
• Hands‑on experience in event management and/or project coordination – ideally from internships, student roles, or agency involvement
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
• A customer‑oriented mindset, strong team spirit, proactivity, and reliability
• Strong communication skills with a good sense for text and layout
• Independent, structured, and solution‑oriented way of working
• Native-level or fluent German, plus very good English skills
• Driver’s license (mandatory for certain event activities)
