Video Content Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to join our team as a Video Content Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills to review online advertisements and ensure compliance with local legislation and platform guidelines.

As a Video Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and engaging experience for users of our streaming service.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing and moderating online advertisements, identifying and removing inappropriate content, and collaborating with the operations and content safety teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online advertisements to ensure they meet project policies and guidelines.
• Identify and remove inappropriate content based on project policies.
• Ensure ads are suitable for the target audience.
• Escalate policy violations and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with the operations and content safety teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Languages : Native / Fluent German (mandatory) + good English.
• No prior experience required, but up to 12 months in Content Moderation is considered beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make fast, sound decisions.
• Resilient and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

Benefits and Conditions

• Annual Base Salary : Up to 16,800 Euros per year, depending on experience.
• Monthly Language Bonus : 235 Euros.
• Meal Allowance : 7.63 Euros / day (net).
• Transportation Bonus : 720 Euros / year.
• Annual Target Bonus : 5% of gross base salary.
• Total Monthly Package : Approximately 1,400 Euros + benefits.
• Health & Life Insurance (including spouse / partner and children).
• 2-month training agreement + 1-year fixed-term contract (30 days probation).
