Meet The Team

This position plays a key role in supporting Dexcom Logistics and Distribution Quality Operations in the EMEA region. This is a high-volume warehouse where everything from full truck loads to small parcels are distributed to internal and external global customers.

Where You Come In

  • Dexcom QA Engineering Technicians support quality engineering activities such as change order processing, Non-conformance investigations, CAPA investigations and execution of test and product release activities.
  • You will work independently and collaborate with internal teams to support and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Dexcom Quality Management System.
  • You will interact cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Facilities, EHS, Finance, Supplier Quality Engineering, and global Dexcom third-party warehousing logistics operations.
  • This role will support European Distribution Center in Ennigerloh, Germany. This will include (but not limited to):
    • Nonconforming Material Hold and Release
    • Monitor Tive data logger system for excursion alerts on inbound shipments from Dexcom shipping sites
    • Coordinate with Arvato Receiving, QA and Dexcom EMEA Supply chain teams
    • Provide evidence of electronic & physical containment hold and release following approved NCMR disposition
    • Help maintain tracker of Arvato QA issues with Dexcom Ops QA and drive resolutions

What Makes You Successful

  • Has experience with processes including but not limited to Product Non‑Conformances, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and familiarity with Quality Systems Regulations 21CFR Part 820 and ISO13485.
  • Communicates effectively to leadership and collaborates well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Self‑driven and motivated to achieve departmental goals in an effective manner.
  • Takes initiative to support QA initiatives to improve product quality; increase product consistency and conformance to requirements; improve production efficiency and reduce operating and scrap costs.
  • Ideally has a working knowledge of six sigma, process capability measurement tools (Cpk) and sampling plans and experience with practical use in a production environment.

Experience And Education Requirements

  • We’re open to candidates with initial experiences in quality coordination / specialist roles in a medical device environment.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 4‑8 years of related experience and High School Diploma/Certificate or equivalent.
