Axiom is hiring for a high-growth Web3 venture that has released several successful products, seeking to bring on a proven Senior Growth Lead to drive user acquisition and retention across its next-generation Dex trading platform.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead growth strategy in a fast-moving area of Web3, partnering closely with leadership to scale a consumer product designed for global impact.

We will only hire from Europe, UAE, North America or East Asia.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Drive growth strategies for user acquisition & retention
• Analyse user behaviour & market trends
• Lead multi-channel marketing and growth
• Monitor, report & refine growth KPIs

What We Require:

• Experienced in growth strategies for a DEX
• Skilled in growth marketing, user acquisition and increasing engagement
• Strong analytical & data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience leading campaigns
