Work Student/Intern, Real Estate Management (German speaker) (all genders)

Responsibilities

• You are currently enrolled in university or college studies and want to gain experience in a dynamic, modern and sustainable tech company? We are looking for a Work Student or Intern (all genders) to support our office and facility management team.

• Collaborate with the team to drive the development of our global office portfolio

• Analyse contracts, update databases and identify a mid- to long-term location strategy

• Analyse market trends and propose how these should affect our strategy

• Support HR and the OM teams in capacity planning and help drawing the right conclusions

• Assist in market research and develop market overviews with commercial and non-commercial analysis

• Support in developing management reporting and board resolution papers and presentations

• Communicate with internally on projects and data as well as externally with brokers and landlords

• Assist the facility management team in their day-to-day tasks

Requirements

• Enrolled student (all genders) in the field of real estate management, business administration with a focus in real estate management or any other related subjects

• Gained practical experience in the field of commercial office, facility or real estate management with an understanding of markets and trends

• Ideally, you have completed at least three semesters of study or higher

• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Fluency in English and German is mandatory , further languages are a plus

• Organizational talent paired with a structured way of working

• Motivated team player with a proactive way of working and performance-orientation

• Good communication skills

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • €1,400 for a full-time internship position
