This is an exciting opportunity to help Client Services develop use cases and capture the benefits for artificial intelligence in the department, as well as research the latest trends and applications of AI in order management. We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible at our Headquarters in Munich. Your Tasks: Assist in the development and implementation of the identified use cases, which include an optimal search, knowledge and training hub for the global Client Services teamMaintain the database and document sources for the AI hubWork with the international Client Services team to collect further ideas to enhance the use casesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure search results yield high quality outputsCoordinate submission requirements, including scheduling team calls, tracking deadlines, and organizing content submissions.Provide support for reporting, business case developmentConduct market intelligence to identify applications of AI in order-to-cash and order managementPerform other administrative and support tasks as assigned Your Profile: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (e. g.
