Xiaomi EV-User Experience Engineer

• Establishes Customer survey methodology for user experience.
• Develops input control strategies.
• Identifies all deviations of European customer requirements and expectations.
• Coordinates adequate integration of European requirements in digital Eco system with CN Intelligent cockpit team.
• Perform studies and develop systems of the vehicle.
• Take responsibility of partial projects.
• Use and develop methodologies for efficient, goal oriented development.
• Holistic thinking in User & Ecosystem.
• Proven track record in the above mentioned field(s) and/or methodology.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English (report language).
• Willingness to travel.
• High ability for Team work and co-creation.
• Future orientated and innovative mindset.
• High interest in using progressive Tools for creation, visualization and storytelling.
