Strategic Sales Director, North Central

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead enterprise sales efforts in the North Central region, managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts. You will work closely with technology partners and internal teams to identify new business and expand existing relationships. This position demands a proactive, consultative sales professional with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. You’ll play a key role in shaping the sales strategy and collaborating with product teams to align customer needs with future offerings. Accountabilities

• Build, manage, and close a pipeline of enterprise customers aligned with the product offering.
• Deepen customer relationships and maximize the impact of solutions within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with technology partners and ecosystem service providers to extend regional reach.
• Lead and contribute to initiatives that enhance the sales process and team effectiveness.
• Partner with product teams to help shape the enterprise roadmap based on customer feedback and market insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven success in technology sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts in a consultative manner.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders from developers to executives.
• Highly organized and capable of managing long, multifaceted sales cycles.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
• Passion for inclusion and community engagement.
• Experience with SQL or strong willingness to learn.

Preferred:

• Background in analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software.
• Familiarity with dbt or similar analytics engineering platforms.
