Responsibilities:

• Analysis of structural parts, components, and installations made from metal and carbon fiber
• System integration using FEM, traditional methods, and tools
• Trade-off analysis for design solutions
• Preparation of analysis reports for airframe qualification
• Damage assessment and repair development
• Support for design, manufacturing, and assembly processes
• Stakeholder communication

Requirements:

• Master's or diploma in engineering or aerospace
• Several years of aerospace stress engineering experience
• Knowledge of stress analysis methods (e.g., HSB, Bruhn)
• Understanding of design principles, manufacturing processes, and materials
• Proficiency in MS Office and FE modeling (Nastran, Hyperworks)
• Business fluent in German and English
