The Scope
We are seeking an Administrative Student Assistant and a Communications Student Assistant with strong expertise and a passion for FSC's mission to join us in a multinational environment.
Are you an organized, detail-oriented student eager to gain hands-on experience in a purpose-driven international organization? FSC is looking for two Student Assistants to support our Communications team.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
Administrative Student Assistant
- Maintain and update the Communications Team's Trello board for task visibility and workflow coordination.
- Liaise with team members and regional staff to keep Trello and other asset-sharing tools updated with relevant content.
- Support asset translation and campaign implementation as needed.
- Manage the general communications inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring logistics and documentation are in place.
- Record minutes of communications meetings.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for events, including travel arrangements, venue booking, and materials preparation.
- Assist with other administrative and communication tasks to ensure smooth team operations.
Communications Student Assistant
- Handle social media requests and produce engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok in coordination with other units.
- Support content scheduling and dissemination.
- Maintain internal and external Social Media Trello boards for task visibility and content accessibility.
- Monitor and moderate online engagement, liaising with leads for accurate responses.
- Flag negative social media content to the SoMe manager and act as advised.
- Assist with procurement processes for social media services.
- Curate and manage content plans and produce analytics reports.
- Support advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
Your Profile
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in communications, public relations, marketing, digital design, or business administration with a strong interest in communications and social media.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn new planning and technology tools.
- Experience with Canva and social media scheduling tools is mandatory.
- Experience with Trello is a plus.
- Excellent content development skills for LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, and X.
- Interest in digital communications and marketing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in Spanish and French is highly desirable.
The Fine Print
- Location: Bonn, Germany.
- Part-time: 20 hours/week, ideally across 3-5 days.
- Duration: 12 months with potential extension.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
