Supplier Quality Engineer

The Role

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure suppliers consistently meet rigorous quality standards across materials, components, and services. You will oversee supplier performance throughout the product lifecycle, resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Core responsibilities include qualifying suppliers, conducting audits, and providing feedback that enhances compliance and process efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in a relevant discipline (advanced qualifications advantageous).
• At least 2 years’ experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, or a related function (or equivalent with advanced degree).
• Experience with supplier audits and manufacturing compliance (GMP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects while collaborating effectively across functions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to support and guide less experienced colleagues.
