This isn’t a role for checkbox chasers. It’s for someone who speaks Citrix like a second language, eats Windows Server for breakfast, and thrives in the eye of the digital storm.

Your Daily Theatre

• Operate, optimise, and elevate high, availability Citrix environments.
• Maintain a modern Microsoft-based server landscape (2016–2022).
• Dive deep into Exchange (preferably clustered), MS SQL, and other apps that power enterprise-grade stability.
• Collaborate across hosting, infrastructure, and network teams.
• Occasionally face clients, but your work speaks louder than your wardrobe.

Who You Are

• 3+ years in IT operations, or 5+ years in another IT path with grit.
• You’ve seen the Citrix battlefield and lived to automate another day.
• You actually know Windows Server, not just where the Control Panel lives.
• You’ve been the admin, not the observer, especially in Exchange, MS SQL.
• Fluent in German (C1). Conversational in English (B2). (Both are deal-breakers.)

Bonus Points If You Know...

• Ansible, SCCM, PowerShell, or other automation artillery.
• What it means to run hosting environments with skin in the game.
• The value of a Citrix cert, or better yet, have one.

• Systems don’t just run, they hum.
• Downtime becomes a rumour, not a reality.
• Documentation is crisp, clear, and actually used.
• Your name is mentioned when reliability is praised.

• You’ve only dabbled in Citrix or prefer theory to application.

• You can't function without constant direction or only speak English.
• You’re allergic to teamwork or clarity.
