About The Role
Lead full recruitment lifecycle, shape People & Culture, attract and retain talent, build high-performance team, ensure compliance with German labor law.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at TYTAN, you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle and help shape the People & Culture function. Your mission is to attract and retain exceptional talent, build strong foundations for a high-performance team, and foster a resilient, values-driven organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement TYTAN’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and ambitious growth goals.Own and optimize the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing to onboarding—to create a seamless and engaging candidate experience.Build and scale an agile, high-performing team by developing processes that attract, evaluate, and retain top talent across technical and non-technical roles.Ensure full compliance with German labor law while establishing forward-thinking HR practices and scalable processes.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in People Operations or a related fieldPrior exposure to a tech or manufacturing company is a strong plusBackground in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational DevelopmentHands-on experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Required Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsStructured and detail-orientedProactiveownership-driven mindsetStrong understanding of German labor lawsHR complianceRecruiting principlesFluent in German and EnglishProficient in HR software and digital toolsExperience with Personio or similar platforms
