Role

You will oversee the Projects and Operations for the Customer Relationship Management landscape, with a special focus on Microsoft Dynamics. You will be responsible for translating business needs into innovative CRM solutions that deliver measurable value. Working closely with stakeholders from various departments, you will ensure our CRM initiatives directly support growth strategy and operational goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional CRM team to deliver outstanding results and foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement
  • Build a strong relationship with business units to consult, analyze requirements, define solutions, and ensure all CRM initiatives are aligned with organizational objectives and generate tangible business value
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end CRM projects, from requirements gathering, conceptualization, and design to implementation, go-live, and post-launch optimization
  • Drive operational excellence by setting best practices, process standards, and robust governance for ongoing changes in our MS Dynamics environment
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, advising on system capabilities, integration possibilities, and industry trends
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and CRM operations (support)
  • Champion change management and user adoption efforts, including training, documentation, and communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching, evaluating, and recommending emerging CRM technologies, tools, and methodologies

Experience & Expertise

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in CRM leadership or management roles, preferably with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering complex CRM projects and running smooth CRM operations in medium to large organizations
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and the ability to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Excellent people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members across functional and technical backgrounds
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies ( Agile, Scrum, or similar ) with a track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • Analytical mindset, with a knack for problem-solving and a drive for continuous process optimization
  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a strong plus
