This role offers the opportunity to lead a team focused on transforming how business data is collected, analyzed, and leveraged across the organization. Accountabilities

• Lead and supervise a team responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Develop strategies and processes that enable team members to achieve goals and complete projects efficiently.
• Manage day-to-day requests for data, reports, and analytics support from internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain data migration staging environments and data warehouses.
• Support regulatory and business reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Profile downstream data to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and potential data issues.
• Collaborate with QA teams to build test cases and scenarios, ensuring robust validation of data outputs.
• Create scripts for reporting and conduct peer reviews to maintain high standards of data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and data management best practices.
• Experience with analytics and BI platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Cognos.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps).
• Experience creating process flows and diagrams using tools like Visio.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to convey insights to stakeholders.
• Passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions and continuous improvement.
