Team Lead – Quantum Sensing Platform

Salary: €90,000 - €120,000 + VSOPs

Location: Munich + hybrid flexibility (1–2 days/week)

This role combines technical leadership, product ownership, and team coordination, turning complex hardware into a seamless user experience.

You will lead a small software team, oversee delivery of the control and visualization platform, and collaborate with hardware engineers, scientists, and the software architect.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in software product development (5+ years), including at least 2 years in a leadership or product ownership role, ideally within microscopy, semiconductor, or medical device environments.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to own software delivery, guide a cross‑functional team, and balance flexibility (60%) with structure and process (40%). While experience in domains such as real‑time systems, multi‑sensor technology, or hardware integration is a plus, hands‑on coding is not the main focus. Ownership and Direction are.
