    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Orchard. We are currently looking for a Team Lead Real Estate in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

    This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of real estate agents in one of the most dynamic housing markets. You will oversee a group of 25–30 agents, providing coaching, support, and access to innovative tools and products designed to help them close more deals. With a strong focus on customer experience, you will empower your team to achieve exceptional results while building long-term relationships. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on support, giving you the chance to shape both team performance and client success.     Accountabilities:

    • Lead, coach, and support a team of 25–30 real estate agents to drive performance and client satisfaction.
    • Recruit, mentor, and develop agents, equipping them with the tools and training needed to succeed.
    • Help clients achieve buying and selling goals through effective guidance and innovative solutions.
    • Oversee and monitor team production, ensuring consistent growth and alignment with business goals.
    • Leverage unique real estate products and services to enhance customer value and support successful transactions.
    • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within your team.

    Requirements

    • Active and unrestricted Georgia real estate license, with residency in the Atlanta area.
    • Minimum of 3+ years as a licensed real estate agent.
    • At least 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
    • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop team capabilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with both clients and colleagues.
