ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a small, cross-functional software team (frontend, backend,DevOps).Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions, ensuring scalability andperformance across our platform.Contribute to development hands-on when needed - code reviews, prototypes,refactoring, and new features.Collaborate closely with product and design teams to align technology with businessgoals.Foster an engineering culture based on ownership, clean code, and continuousimprovement.Ensure best practices in testing, CI/CD, and security throughout the development lifecycle. Your ProfileDegree in Computer Science or a related technical field.5+ years of full-stack experience with technologies such as: Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, AWS, Heroku, VercelStrong understanding of DevOps, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers in a startup or agile environment.Fluent in English; German is a plus.You think like a builder - you own your projects from concept to release and enjoy solving complex problems.
