    We’re hiring a Technical Account Executive who loves solving real engineering problems and wants to sell a product they can stand behind. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background (DevOps, SRE, Solutions/Support Engineer) who’s ready to pivot into sales and run full-cycle deals.


    What you’ll do
    • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and select enterprise accounts: prospecting, discovery, demos, trials/POCs, negotiations, and close.
    • Lead technical conversations with DevOps, SRE, IT Ops, and Platform teams — map requirements, design solution architectures, and translate value to clear ROI.
    • Run crisp product demos and hands-on trials: set up integrations, configure alert routing and on-call, and showcase our AI and automation capabilities.
    • Build pipeline through targeted outbound and partner/integration motions, complemented by strong inbound interest.
    • Collaborate with Marketing on messaging and campaigns; with Product on feedback and roadmap signals from the field.
    • Manage multi-threaded deals: navigate security, procurement, and legal (e.g., ISO 27001, data residency) with support from the team.
    • Expand existing customers by uncovering new use cases, teams, and regions.
    • Maintain accurate forecasts and deal hygiene in our CRM; contribute to repeatable playbooks.

    What you’ll bring
    • 2+ years in B2B SaaS - ideally selling to or working closely with DevOps/SRE/IT personas.
    • If you’re coming from an engineering or solutions role and have strong customer instincts, we want to hear from you.
    • Technical fluency across incident management, on-call, monitoring/observability, and integrations (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Datadog, Splunk, ServiceNow, Jira, AWS).
    • Comfort running discovery, handling objections, and translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.
    • Bias to action: you can prospect, tailor outreach, and keep multiple evaluations moving.
    • Excellent communication in English; German is a strong plus.
    • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Cologne and excited by an in-person, collaborative team culture.
    • Nice to have: prior success in a hybrid AE / Sales Engineer capacity.
