We are currently looking for a Technical Account Manager in France or Germany .

We seek a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to drive enterprise client success by bridging technology and customer value. You will act as the primary technical advisor, leading onboarding, ensuring smooth system integrations, and supporting long-term relationships. Collaboration with DevOps and engineering teams, hands-on technical support, proactive problem-solving, and ongoing engagement are key. The role demands strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a client-first approach to maximize the potential of a cloud-native platform.

Accountabilities:

• Lead technical onboarding for new customers, ensuring all clusters are integrated within 90 days.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, addressing customer needs and optimizing platform use.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers and SREs to troubleshoot issues and implement best practices.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to showcase performance, savings, and innovation.
• Drive customer renewals by ensuring continuous value delivery and platform adoption.
• Partner with internal teams to incorporate customer feedback.
• Maintain documentation and promote knowledge sharing.
• Obtain Kubernetes certifications (CKAD/CKA) if not already held.

Requirements:

• Based in France or Germany.
• Fluent in French or German, with strong English skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• CKAD or CKA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
