Technical Head of Product | Hybrid | 5-6 stages | Munich | €125-€200,000 per annum

I am working with a well-known technology and software house that needs an experienced and technically-minded Head of Product to join their growing team. The product you would be managing is one of their most profitable and well-known within the business.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement from their offices in Berlin, Munich, or Amsterdam. The interview process consists of 5-6 stages. The offered salary range is €125,000-€200,000 per year.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Leadership: At least 3-4 years of leadership experience in Product roles, managing teams of 3-5+ people.
• Technical Background: Ideally started in software development, with a strong technical foundation before transitioning into product management.
• Product Experience: 5-7+ years in Product Manager roles, preferably within the software development industry.
