Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Presales Manager / Solution Manager (m/w/d) to support our sales team with technical expertise and customer-oriented solutions. This role involves creating technical solution concepts, supporting sales activities, and acting as a bridge between technical and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing offers and developing customer-specific solutions using your technical expertise.
• Create resource estimates based on PROCITEC products, develop technical solution concepts, and evaluate tenders.
• Support sales activities such as trade shows, presentations, and customer meetings.
• Coordinate between development, professional services, and product management for offer creation and assist procurement with hardware sourcing.
• Serve as the link between sales and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with terms like communication clarification, signal processing, and radio monitoring.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Assertive, goal-oriented, responsible, and well-structured work approach.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand complex systems and explain them clearly.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
