Responsibilities

Analyze customer inquiries and design customized automation solutions
Provide technical advice and project planning in the field of MSR technology and industrial automation
Prepare quotations and project-specific cost calculations using modern configuration tools
Review and evaluate supplier and partner offers
Ensure timely delivery of technically and commercially sound offers
Support the entire sales process from acquisition to final negotiation
Collaborate closely with our national and international sales teams
Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers

Qualifications

Completed vocational training in electrical or automation engineering
Further qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman (preferred but not required)
Practical knowledge of low-voltage systems and automation components
Strong technical understanding and interest in customer-oriented work
Ability to balance technical and commercial thinking
Fluent in German (C1); English proficiency required for international communication
Proficient in MS Office, ideally with experience in ERP/CRM tools
A structured, self-driven and team-oriented work approach
