Context

• Client: Aerospace sector
• Team: 5 to 10 collaborative members
• Role: Bridge between R&D and production
• Technical environment: SAP, CATIA

Mission

Optimize manufacturing of mechanical parts, from defining methods to on-site implementation.

Responsibilities include:

• Structuring machining processes and developing operational modes
• Programming and optimizing machining trajectories
• Designing specific tooling and producing technical plans
• Providing technical support to production teams
• Creating manufacturing instruction files
• Managing cutting tools (reuse, sharpening, replacement)
• Contributing to equipment selection for industrialization (e.g., clamps, chucks, fixturing systems)

Location

• Marignane, near Marseille Provence Airport, accessible by car or bus line 13

Candidate Profile

• BAC+2 or BAC+3 in aerospace, mechanical, design, production, or industrialization
• 1 year experience in methods in aerospace
• Knowledge of reading plans (parts, assemblies, tooling)
• Team spirit, methodical, rigorous
• Professional English appreciated
• SD certification preferred

Salary Package

• Type: CDI
• Salary: €24K – €40K depending on profile (discussed after initial exchange)
