Responsibilities

• Installation of devices and execution of updates
• Assist in clarifying planning requirements with the customer (site survey)
• Execute initial operation under supervision
• Support integration of systems with existing infrastructure
• Test, optimize, and adjust functions with consultation as needed
• Assist in commissioning technical systems
• Conduct acceptance testing under guidance
• Perform device repairs and maintenance under guidance of a service technician
• Determine technical condition of systems and equipment
• Execute agreed services according to service contracts
• Maintain systems and equipment and resolve malfunctions
• Diagnose and specify faults and analyze disturbances
• Propose remedial measures and carry them out if possible
• Determine extent of damage and repair and forward decisions if needed
• Replace parts and modules
• Prepare and supplement reports and protocols and adjust related documents

Qualifications

• Successfully completed electrical engineering vocational training
• Medical product salesperson preferred
• Multi‑year experience in field service
• Result‑oriented, independent, and structured work style
• Experience in medical technology preferred
• Strong customer and service orientation
• High travel readiness and flexibility in work schedule
• Driver’s license for private cars
