Responsibilities

As a Technical Trainer you will support our apprentices in the field of mechanics. Your day‑to‑day tasks include:

• Designing, organizing and executing apprenticeship activities with active feedback loops.
• Delivering technical, methodological and social skills in a practical and goal‑oriented manner.
• Guiding apprentices to successful IHK examination results through targeted preparation.
• Developing and continuously updating training concepts.
• Planning and conducting staff training independently.
• Participating in the recruitment of new apprentices.
• Managing school internship programmes with a focus on sustainable talent development.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship in mechatronics or a comparable electrotechnical field.
• Preferably a completed industrial master’s qualification (AEVO) with proven teaching ability.
• Professional experience in apprenticeship management and/or personnel development.
• Strong responsibility, pedagogical and didactic skills and enthusiasm for working with young people.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, CAD, TIA Portal or Siemens Simatic.
