    As a Territory Manager, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of innovative cardiac solutions that help improve patient outcomes and save lives. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals across hospitals and outpatient settings, presenting cutting-edge medical technologies, and supporting their clinical and operational integration. You will balance strategic sales planning with hands-on educational initiatives, ensuring consistent product utilization and growth within your territory.     Accountabilities:

    • Drive sales of non-invasive wearable cardiac defibrillators and cardiac diagnostic services to physicians, nurses, case managers, and hospital administrators.
    • Provide clinical data, reporting, and technical information to support the use of cardiac solutions for appropriate patients.
    • Educate healthcare professionals on product indications, ordering processes, and billing requirements.
    • Achieve assigned sales objectives through consistent territory management and relationship building.
    • Represent the company at medical education programs, tradeshows, clinical symposiums, and conferences.
    • Maintain detailed account databases, prepare business plans, analyze market trends, and submit timely reports.
    • Act as a trusted resource on products, customer needs, and evolving healthcare industry trends.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education or training in a healthcare-related field preferred.
    • 3–5 years of sales experience in medical devices, hospital-based pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare solutions; cardiology background preferred.
    • Demonstrated track record of sales success with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing and access privileges in assigned customer accounts.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
    • Valid driver’s license and residency within the assigned territory.
    • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs.
