6. Lead and develop the finance team
7. Participate in strategic business decisions
8. Ensure financial compliance and risk management

Qualifications

1. Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
2. Experience in financial management and treasury, ideally in real estate
3. Strong skills in financial reporting and budgeting
4. Team-oriented mindset
5. Excellent communication skills
