Hach ( ensures water quality for people around the world. We are looking for a UX Designer to join our five-person team in Berlin‑Zehlendorf and help design user-friendly interfaces for our measuring instruments.

A Typical Day Looks Like

• Design user-friendly interfaces for our measuring instruments, create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Test with external and internal customers, identify pain points and improve the design based on feedback.
• Work closely with global project teams to find the best design solution while respecting feasibility and cost targets.
• Collaborate on our global UX standards to achieve consistent user-friendliness across our product portfolio.

Essential Requirements

• Degree in usability & user experience, interactive design or similar, or at least two years of specialized training and subject‑specific experience.
• Enjoys working in teams, excellent communication skills, and ability to quickly familiarize oneself with technical topics.
• Proficient in design tools such as Axure RP or Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop), and MS Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with design systems.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
