    In this senior leadership role, you will oversee the growth and success of a high-performing sales team, driving revenue and market share within a fast-evolving industry. You’ll be responsible for shaping sales strategy, managing key client relationships, and ensuring your team delivers against ambitious targets. This position requires a hands-on leader who excels in mentoring, scaling teams, and closing complex deals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to create unique solutions for partners, ensuring consistent alignment with business objectives.     Accountabilities

    • Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales function, setting quotas, reviewing pipelines, and ensuring consistent performance.
    • Drive revenue growth by actively supporting the sales team in moving opportunities through the pipeline and closing deals.
    • Partner with clients and protocols to design, pitch, and finalize tailored solutions, including complex deals with leading industry players.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and development to sales team members to maximize their potential.
    • Oversee onboarding, training, and continuous development of new hires to strengthen team capabilities.
    • Improve and optimize sales operations, processes, and methodologies for greater efficiency.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as research, events, podcasts, and newsletters to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
    • Personally engage in top-down networking with decision-makers and take the lead on high-value opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Deep expertise in the crypto industry with a proven track record of selling into protocols; being crypto-native is essential.
    • Several years of direct sales leadership experience, successfully managing teams across multiple channels.
    • Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing sales teams in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to break down and win complex deals.
    • Results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales and revenue targets.
    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, combined with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
    • Experience analyzing performance outcomes and continuously optimizing sales strategies for better results.
