    Waitlist Coordinator - Sandyford Sexual Health

    Location: 4th floor, 93 Candleriggs, G1 1NP

    Shift pattern: Monday-Friday 08:30 - 16:30

    Contract: Fixed term post for 8 months.

    The post holder will provide support and enhance the capability of the administrative and secretarial team within the Gender Service, providing patient communications, waitlist management, and data collection and presenting. This post will be a key role supporting the Sandyford Gender Wait List Initiative.

    The Gender Service at the Sandyford offers a comprehensive service for people who are uncertain about their gender identity or expression and are considering feminising or masculinising treatment. The service primarily assists transgender people to facilitate medical and surgical treatments, enabling greater comfort in the face of gender non-conformity.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support and enhance the capability of the administrative and secretarial team within the Gender Service.
    • Manage the waitlist and contact patients about lengthy wait times.
    • Identify long waits on the list and present data trends in the wait list.
    • Support operational management for the Sandyford Gender Wait List Initiative.
    • Maintain patient communications and support data collection and reporting.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in people management is essential.
    • Knowledge of Office 365 is essential.
    • Good organisational and communication skills.
