    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Intecrowd LLC. We are currently looking for a Workday Certified HCM Consultant in the United Kingdom.

    We are seeking a skilled and proactive Workday HCM Consultant to support global clients in deploying, configuring, and optimizing Workday solutions. In this role, you will lead or support end-to-end implementation projects, guide integration efforts, and ensure client adoption of best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to continuous process improvements. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing opportunities for client engagement, professional growth, and exposure to complex HCM environments. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and focused on delivering high-impact solutions efficiently.

    Accountabilities:

    • Architect, configure, and test Workday HCM solutions to meet client requirements across modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and Learning.
    • Gather and document business requirements, develop prototype systems, and guide clients through knowledge transfer and adoption of Workday best practices.
    • Collaborate with integration teams to configure and test connections between Workday and third-party or custom systems.
    • Mentor and coach junior consultants, sharing expertise and serving as a role model for professional development.
    • Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication, status reporting, and problem resolution.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and deployment efficiency, contributing to the continuous enhancement of project delivery.
    • Maintain Workday certifications and ensure functional solutions align with client needs and downstream integrations.

    Requirements

    • Current Workday HCM Certification plus at least one additional module (Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, or Learning).
    • 2–4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • Previous consulting experience with a software or consulting company is preferred.
    • Functional HR knowledge and project management experience.
    • Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple HCM projects and meet timelines effectively.
    • Passion for delivering exceptional client service and building long-term client relationships.
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% depending on project needs.
