For our Sales team in Berlin, we're looking for an ambitious working student to support our Senior Account Executive in building the pipeline, managing and growing existing accounts, and establishing strong relationships with C-level decision-maker,— with direct exposure to our CEO.

🎯 Your Responsibilities
- Help organize and follow up on CDO/CIO dinners, executive meetups, and industry events.
- Pre-qualify inbound and outbound leads using a simple qualification checklist (BANT + ICP).
- Prepare briefing documents for CEO ahead of intro or discovery calls.
- Support ongoing deals with call notes, follow-ups, and coordination of next steps.
- Assist in conference planning, booking meetings, and follow-up with key prospects.
- Research new opportunities inside existing client accounts and help generate warm intros.
- Gradually take on more ownership toward your own outreach and lead sourcing.
✅ What You Bring
- You live in Berlin and can work at least 1 day/week from our office (Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz)
- You’re fluent in German (native level) and professional English
- You can commit to 20 hours/week, spread across Monday–Friday.
- You’re confident interacting with senior stakeholders, including technical leaders - you're not intimidated, and you know how to connect.
- You have initial experience in B2B sales, e.g. as a working student, intern, or through relevant projects

- You’ve attended conferences or worked in a B2B sales environment.
- You understand the basics of software development or consulting processes.
- You’ve worked in or are familiar with supply chain, logistics, or Mittelstand companies.
