What You Can Expect

You will give our Berlin office a face. With your good humor and your open and positive approach, you will bring life to the office and ensure that all colleagues feel at home.
You will primarily be based in our Berlin office. In collaboration with internal departments such as our Marketing and HR colleagues, you will contribute to the local implementation of global measures.
You will support colleagues in the Berlin office with administrative and organizational tasks (including mail, fleet, travel, and supplier management) and will be the central contact person for all companies in our group.
You will be responsible for the independent planning, preparation, and implementation of activities and events. You will always benefit from your strong organizational skills.
The well-being of your colleagues is important to you.
Proactively and with creativity and passion, you identify opportunities to continuously improve the experience for officer visitors, derive appropriate action plans, and implement them independently.

What You Bring Along

Ideally, you already have professional experience in office and/or feel-good management. A completed vocational training in a relevant field (hotel management, office administration) is an advantage.
With a lot of passion, empathy, and an eye for detail, you easily recognize and understand the needs of your colleagues.
You are communicative and open, and your good mood quickly spreads throughout your colleagues. You enjoy working proactively and independently. Even when multiple tasks arise simultaneously, you always keep a cool head.
You are adept at using common MS Office products.
You have very good written and spoken English skills. German is a plus.
