The Procurement Analyst will support the European procurement operations by managing RFQs, bid comparisons, supplier documentation, supplier qualification and data analysis. The role ensures speed, accuracy, and transparency across projects while enabling the Manager to focus on strategic sourcing and governance.

Job Responsibilities • Manage and track RFQ → Bid Comparison → PO processes in coordination with Project Managers and Engineers. • Prepare and update procurement dashboards, supplier database, and KPI reports. • Support supplier qualification by collecting and verifying documentation (NDA, compliance, financial, ESG). • Maintain SharePoint repository for RFQs, contracts, and supplier data. • Assist in developing and updating pricing benchmarks • Ensure compliance with internal approval workflows and document traceability. • Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and templates.

Profile & Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or Business. • Experience: 1–3 years in procurement or supply chain (preferably in onshore/offshore wind, renewables, or manufacturing). • Skills: Advanced Excel / Power BI it is a plus / Power Query it is a plus, strong organization; English and French fluency. • Soft Skills: proactive, analytical mindset, communication, and adaptability in a multicultural environment.
