For an IT service company we are looking for a 3rd Level Supporter (m/w/d) in the Düsseldorfer Umland and Bergisches Land, on direct permanent placement.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and sustainable resolution of complex incidents in the scope of incident and problem management
• Management, configuration and continuous optimisation of server infrastructure, networks and cloud environments
• Conduct deep root‑cause analysis for critical system outages
• Active participation in planning and implementation of new IT solutions and migration projects
• Create and maintain technical documentation and build a knowledge base for 1st and 2nd level support

Profile

• Completed training in IT or comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience
• Solid knowledge in administration of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization solutions, Active Directory or cloud technologies
• Structured, analytical work style and strong troubleshooting skills for complex environments
• High level of responsibility, reliability and calmness in critical situations
• German language proficiency at least B2 level
