What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle: outbound → discovery → close
• Generate 70% of your own pipeline + 30% inbound/BDR support
• Build and scale the German SMB/MM market
• Manage stakeholder relationships and complex buying processes
• ACV: €30K–€35K | Sales cycle: 2–8 weeks
• Partner closely with SDRs and GTM leadership

The Opportunity

This is a market-building role with direct exposure to EMEA leadership. You’ll help define the playbook in Germany and have a clear path into leadership as the team scales.

Compensation & Perks

• OTE: €165K (50/50 split)

What You Bring

• 1.5+ years as an AE in SaaS with consistent quota achievement
• Strong outbound sales skills and hunter mentality
• Experience selling complex, non-transactional products
• Comfortable operating with high ownership and ambiguity
• Fluent German and strong English

Nice to Have:

• Experience in HR Tech / Payroll / EOR
• Experience launching new markets or being first on the ground
