THE TEAM

Team Name & Location: Account Executive DACH Cologne Köln

Team Composition: 3 Account Executive

Tech Stack & Tools: Salesforce, Gong, Slack.

YOUR MISSION

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while promoting AB Tastys solutions and driving revenue growth across new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑Level executives and key decision‑makers within target accounts.
• Drive outbound prospecting efforts and partner closely with the Marketing team to identify and develop high‑potential leads.
• Lead product demonstrations collaborating with PreSales Solutions experts to align AB Tastys platform with client needs and objectives.
• Liaise with internal teams and external tech/agency partners to ensure seamless sales processes including handling billing, legal integration and technical discussions.
• Act as the voice of the customer by capturing and relaying feedback to help enhance product offerings and customer experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Proven experience in SaaS sales with 8 years of success acquiring new clients and driving revenue in a hunter role.
• Confidence in building strong stakeholder relationships and managing multiple opportunities across various stages of the sales cycle.
• Eagerness to explore the MARTECH industry, increase client satisfaction and champion customer‑centric improvements in a fast‑paced high‑growth environment.
