Account Manager B2B - DACH

As an Account Manager, you will independently own and grow a portfolio of B2B customers, driving retention, expansion, and long-term value through strategic relationship management and commercial ownership. You play a key role in strengthening customer partnerships, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, and acting as the central interface between clients and internal teams. What You’ll Do

  • Own the full lifecycle of assigned B2B accounts, from onboarding through renewal and expansion.

  • Drive net revenue retention by proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across customer organizations.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM data to support business planning.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in sales or account management in a B2B environment.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.

  • Solid experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and managing sales pipelines.
