We are looking for an Accountant (m/f/x) for our group of companies.

Location: Heidenheim a.d. Brenz, Antalya, Istanbul. Starting: at the next possible date.

YOUR PROFILE

What makes us melt:

• A completed training or a degree in finance and accounting, taxation, bookkeeping, or economics prepares you to weather any storm.
• First years of professional experience in finance and accounting or bookkeeping allow you to dive right into your new responsibilities.
• Ideally, you aren’t entering uncharted waters when it comes to working with DATEV or comparable accounting software.
• Your curiosity, your ability to learn, and your teamwork skills keep you afloat in everyday work.
• With your organisational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and your responsible, independent, and proactive working process, you make sure day-to-day accounting tasks and tight deadlines won’t snowball into problems.
• Thanks to your German and English skills, your head doesn’t swim when communicating both orally and in writing in either language.
• Numbers and you are on the same wavelength, supported by your strong analytical skills.
• You can smoothly work with MS Office.

YOUR TASKS

What you’ll jump into:

• You make sure that the accounting team does not collide and therefore take on:
  • supporting the review, account assignment, and posting of invoices for accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • supporting the management of asset and bank accounting
  • supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • reconciliation and clarification of supplier, customer accounts, and general ledger accounts
  • monitoring of accounts and incoming payments
  • processing and monitoring payment transactions, or bookkeeping in cooperation with our tax advisor.
• You take travel bookings and travel expense reports under your wing.
• Taking care of office equipment is an additional feather in your cap.
• You don't give us the cold shoulder when our growth requires support in other processes and financial projects.
• You support management in various operational matters to ensure that the successful performance of our group of companies isn’t on thin ice.
• With you in charge, the development of controlling instruments isn’t put on ice.
